Complete with our signature questionnaire, a 90-minute in-home kickoff meeting, and a polished in-studio presentation of design boards, renderings, swatches, samples, and proposals. Use our dedicated client portal for access to all official approvals, invoices, and documents. 01 | Prepare + Begin

The foundation of any functional design is understanding. This phase creates space for connection between designer and client, as well as gathering the unique-to-you details that define the vision. Included in this phase are a design questionnaire, inspiration boards, and a kickoff meeting. These steps help us create a full picture of what a lifestyle-led design looks like for you. But first, inquire here for a complimentary Zoom consultation.

02 | Conceptualize + Design

Behind the scenes, we’ll curate tangible ideas to bring new life to your space. From drawing out floor plans to sourcing fixtures and selecting finishes, your custom design will account for all of your aspirations and more. Then, sit back and enjoy an in-studio presentation of your completed design. We’ll review every detail and make adjustments according to your live feedback (and revisions within one week of your presentation).

03 | Build + Install

As soon as the designs are finalized and approved, we’ll begin purchasing, tracking, and managing all orders and builds. We’ll collaborate closely with contractors throughout the construction phase, acting as the liaison for any scheduling needs. When the time comes for final touches, our team will oversee all installations and furnishing, if included.

04 | Settle In

There is no feeling quite like coming home. This time, you’ll walk into a space that has been entirely personalized to you for you. That feeling is made extra sweet with the comfort of knowing these designs will endure, continuously elevating your environment and welcoming you back time and time again.   • Although we are based in Erie, PA, our studio takes on projects across the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York as well as the surrounding areas. If your home is somewhere else entirely, get in touch so we can see if working with you is an option for our travel-inclined team.

  • Because every home is unique and each design has its own challenges and customizations, residential interior design renovations can take anywhere from a few weeks to a year depending upon the scope of your project. We prioritize delivering high-quality results while meeting our clients' specific needs and timelines. Just remember that we will try to minimize the interruptions to your living space, with some of that timeline including the design prep, sourcing, and furnishing.
